NQAS.ai is our flagship public healthcare product. It was born from a simple realisation: India has the world's most ambitious quality framework, but the people who need it most — the CHOs at AAM centres, the ANMs at sub-centres, the doctors at PHCs — have never had a way to actually use it. So we built one.

We came to Sahibganj to build delivery wards. Simple brief: assess centres, build wards, save mothers. But the moment we walked through the facilities, we saw something we weren't looking for — something broken. Not in one centre. In every centre.
From the district hospital to every PHC and AAM, the problem was the same. CHOs weren't failing at quality — they were drowning in everything else: NHM mandates, disease targets, ABDM digitisation, patient care, all on the same two hands.
Year after year, NQAS certification stayed "pending." So we made a decision: fix the foundation first — not advise, not consult. Execute, end to end.
